Reports

Classroom Hero lets you export class and student data to a PDF, which you can share with colleagues / parents to get an understanding of a student’s overall behavior in class.

To export a class-wide report, from your class view click on the “Reports” option at the bottom

This will show a pop-up of all of your reports for this class. Since this is your first report, you will only see a button to Generate a new report:

Click “Generate New Report” and select a time period. You can optionally include individual student reports and customize what those reports include and additional display options

Click “Generate Report”, this can take up to a minute sometimes, depending on how much data is in your class. Once complete, you can view your current reports by clicking “Reports” again from your class view

Click the download icon, and you will get a class_summary pdf, as well as a folder with individual student reports.

You can also generate a report for one student. To do this, tap on the student that you want to generate a report for:

In the student detail pop-up, navigate over to the “Reports” tab and click “Generate New Report”

This will output a single student report, which can be downloaded as a PDF from the student pop-up window
